I’ve used Damian Harris cycles for the last 5-6 years and have recently purchased another new bike from them. The customer service is 1st class and all of their team are excellent representatives for the company. They definitely offer a personal touch which gives you confidence when spending a lot of money. After checking the opening hours and driving over, imagine my surprise when I arrived to find 'closed 1-2 for lunch'. Might want to update your website guys. It'll save potential customers the bother and they can go elsewhere like I did.

Friendly & helpful staff, but the pricing is way overpriced on products & services offered. Check prices online before visiting, as I paid over double for a product today I found online. And they were 25% higher than a bike shop 2.5 miles away from this shop. Pass this bike shop regular, but sadly that will be my last visit.

Disappointed when travelling 50 miles to see a cargo bike that the website said was in stock was not there. When enquiring with a member of staff was asked if I’d ever been on one. Not a relevant question I thought. Poor service and lack of interest in a customer. Maybe not enough knowledge, staff training or ignorance. Whatever I’ll order the 7K bike elsewhere.

We wanted a folding bike and Damian talked us through various options. After ordering (with competitive price) the service was superb and kept us updated all through the process until the bike was delivered less than a week later. Definitely recommend this shop

Saw their fantastic offer of 15% off for key workers. Had my eye on a £1,199 bike. Sent my enquiry using their 'contact us' section on Tuesday 31/01/23 14:03pm. It's now Friday 03/02/23 23:07pm and still not had a reply. Fortunately I contacted Balfes Bikes regarding the same bike on Wednesday 01/02/23 23:36pm and by Thursday 02/02/23 08:46am, Balfes Bikes had replied, and managed to build the bike, ship it the same day and I received it today. Let that sink in - Balfes Bikes had responded to my query, built my bike, and delivered it 240 miles away - before this place could even send an email. Laughable! *UPDATE* 13th July 2023 Still no reply 😅🤣
